Four ways to verify before you buy
- Check the web address. OxyHealth sells and supports its chambers through www.oxyhealth.com.
- Call the published number. Dial 562-906-8888 yourself instead of using a number supplied by a third party.
- Ask for the model and serial number. OxyHealth can confirm whether a chamber is one of its products.
- Confirm regulatory status. Hyperbaric chambers are FDA-regulated Class II medical devices. Ask any seller for the device's 510(k) clearance and the name of the manufacturer it was issued to.
Buying through a clinic, reseller, or marketplace
OxyHealth works with clinics, physicians, and distributors through its partner program. If you are buying through someone other than OxyHealth, ask OxyHealth to confirm that the seller is an authorized partner. Chambers bought from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces may come without valid coverage or manufacturer support.
