Repair Services
Repair Policy
OxyHealth offers flat-fee repair services for all hyperbaric chambers. Every repair is performed at our facility by factory-trained technicians using only genuine OxyHealth parts.
Standard Repairs
Flat Fee
Standard repair service covers all labor, materials, and procedures required to restore your hyperbaric chamber to proper working condition. Zipper repairs are excluded from this fee and are quoted separately.
Zipper Repairs
Separate Flat Fee
Zipper repair or replacement is a specialized service and is quoted at a separate flat fee. This covers all labor and materials required to restore full zipper functionality.
Shipping
Customer Pays Outbound Shipping
Customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs when sending the chamber to OxyHealth. OxyHealth covers return domestic shipping at no additional charge.
Return shipping coverage excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.
Additional Repairs
No Extra Charge for Essential Fixes
If additional repairs beyond the original quoted service are needed to ensure proper functionality and safety, OxyHealth will complete those supplementary repairs at no extra charge.
Turnaround Time
Approximately 6 to 8 Weeks
The standard turnaround time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date OxyHealth receives your chamber. Timelines may vary depending on the scope of repairs and parts availability.
Loaner Chambers
Available for a Fee Plus Shipping
Loaner chambers are available for a fee plus shipping costs, allowing you to continue your hyperbaric oxygen therapy while your chamber is being serviced.
Loaner chambers are unavailable for the Quamvis 320 model.
Repair Eligibility
Age and Repair Limits Apply
Chambers that are 10 or more years old may be determined non-repairable based on their condition. A maximum of 2 total repairs are permitted per chamber over its lifetime. Each individual component is eligible for replacement only once.
Repair Standards
No Glues, Adhesives, or Chemical Bonding
OxyHealth does not utilize glues, adhesives, or chemical bonding agents in any repair process. Chambers that have been contaminated with foreign substances, adhesives, or non-OxyHealth materials may be refused for service.
Repair Warranty
1-Year Limited Warranty
All repaired components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date the chamber is returned. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials on the repaired components only.
Exchange Program
Bladder Exchange Program
OxyHealth offers a bladder exchange program as an alternative to traditional repairs, providing a brand-new replacement with an extended warranty.
New Replacement Bladder
Receive a brand-new replacement bladder for your hyperbaric chamber. Each exchange bladder comes with a 5-year limited warranty, giving you extended peace of mind and reliable performance.
Return Policy
As part of the exchange program, the returned bladder becomes the property of OxyHealth. This allows OxyHealth to properly recycle materials and maintain quality control over all components in circulation.
